I used to play smother but these days Go for the throat and Dismember are strictly better. Go for the throat kills Tombstalkers and reanimated hight casting cost creatures where smother does not. Dismember is 1CC removal when it needs to be and that's rare in black. Against goblins for instance you need to kill that lackey turn 1. cheers
