unfortunately Slivers oracle text is the same that printed one...he definitely must be in play :( . I dont know..... if you want it play rather creature based i think Psychopat should stay...but i will prefer Clockspinning or Thrummingbird for faster adding counters on Encounter. Or get out 2x Psychopat and add 2 Minotaur...

Nice :). But better then Frenetic sliver is Frenetic Efreet ;-). becose he can activate his ability X times so you declare 100 flips (firts is resolve and efreet die or phases out BUT you can continue fliping) and if you win 10 flips, you win with Chance Encounter ;-). Sliver must be in play to activate his ability...so if firts flip is resolve, he die or phases out and you can not flip again ;-).

deffinitely add Banefire !! and maybe fast cheap creatures like ball lightning, jackal pup or add some powerfull dragons... or Torchling, Blood Knight and Boartusk Liege for stronger other red creatures ??...
