Deck Description

From black zombies, to black blue, and black blue green, and now to black green, I have learned to love the graveyard's power. So, with what I know, I put this together. A black green deck made only for the graveyard, using it at is fullest, I would hope.

(Oh, and of course, if some cards are to pricey... Well, you can probably swap them out without to much hassle. I don't focus on the price )

How to Play

So, how does on play black green, you may ask. Well, you stock your graveyard. Yup. That one thing you hate having full, you despise cards being put into, that. You want it FILLEd with creatures, and the same on the opponents end. that way your graveyard lovers (creepy wording, I know) will have the power to destroy the opposition whilst tanking damage thrown their way. Experience grave-hate? throw in a witchbane orb. Creature hate? Alpha Authority protects your creature AND makes them harder to block. Otherwise, go on a graveyard filling adventure, and have fun!

Deck discussion for A Grave Situation

Why play so few lands, no dual lands and have 62 cards?

Unless I'm incorrect, Woodland Cemetery is indeed a dual land.

I have less than 20 land, as I have mostly only low cost cards, ways to nab land, and the only really high cost card should almost never be high due to its abilities.

And 62 cards are there, as I almost always run up to 63 to allow a little more lee-way as to what I put in.

The Cemetery was not there as of the time of my comment, but that's not relevant now. What is relevant is the "Draw Sample Hand" button does not lie, 62 is too many cards and 17 is too few lands. Burn decks that want to draw 3 and no more lands will run that many. And yes, you do have 6 ways of getting lands. The Vigil however reduces the chance of drawing them and Grapple requires one of the very scarce lands to be in the bin.

Not saying it won't work, just saying that people run 60 cards and 22ish lands in decks the curves of which go to 5 mana.
