i liked your deck, but i think you have to many 1/1 creatures,use bigger creatures to take advantage of Heartless Summoning. i also was using grave titan, but if you have two Heartless Summoning is useless.

primal beyond is not necesary, you only have red elementals

also try kor spiritdancer, it makes you draw and also is a finisher, just need to put maybe more auras

and how do you play eyeblight`s ending? you don`t have black mana source.

i think too many lands, also is good proliferate, like tezzeret`s gambit.
