I usually pair up Ajani's Mantra with Ajani's Pridemate to get a really built up creature. I would have Ajani in play and kill him off for the X 2/2 cat tokens on the field, in which X is your life total. I would have a lot of life by that time (usually around the 20's-30's). The opponent will probably rage quit at that point (has happened most times).
