Numot, the Devastator. I'll move him to the sideboard so that he's more noticeable.

You definitely are going to want to have Venser, the Sojourner in this deck. If you have the budget, the dual lands are always helpful, as are shock and fetch lands. You probably want to find an alternative to those 2 mana tap lands (like Azorius Chancery), and the shock/dual lands are good candidates. Replacing Preordain with Rhystic Study will also give you static card draw, which can prove to be quite useful. While Clone does let you clone any creature on the field, you might want to consider Cackling Counterpart, seeing as you can flash it back, which would give you two copies instead of one. Other lands you may want to consider are Reflecting Pool and Exotic Orchard. Geist of Saint Traft would also go well with this deck.

You may want to consider Voracious Dragon, along with Burn at the Stake for one-drop wins. It's been very effective in the past when I had a Krenko deck. Also, since this is a mono-red deck, you probably want to run Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle for increased damage, and also play Blood Moon and/or Magus of the Moon for a slight control aspect.

You may want to consider Voracious Dragon and Burn at the Stake for wins, they've both been very effective for me in my old Krenko deck. Skirk Fire Marshal has also come in handy at times, it's helpful if you're about to be taken out - you can deal some damage to everyone in a last-ditch effort.

Since you're running Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, you may want to consider Cabal Coffers. Also, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Mana Web is a nasty combo that will prevent your opponents from utilizing their mana. Have you considered using Rhystic Tutor for more static card draw? Also, it's looking like you're one card over the EDH limit.
