Best course of action is to play Fynn ASAP and poke whoever you think is the most likely going to be a hassle to deal combat damage to in the long run, and just kill them off with proliferate or sneak in stabs when you can. Otherwise just keep sticking as many creatures with deathtouch or infect onto the board as you can, making it harder and harder for opponents to not get poisoned until they die to it.
