Jon Finkel inspired Dark Jeskai deck. Black, white, red, blue. I believe soulfire and crackling doom were both in his deck, along with Tasigur, I believe. More than likely lightning strike and a few others from the Tarkir block.
Control to win. Using all planeswalkers for exile, spells for removal, soulfire to grant you some life gain. Ugin is the win condition, but not the only way. Dragonlord silumgar potentially grants the use of a good creature or planeswalker, also pretty hard to remove unless using black removal. I like the midrange burn control aspect of Jon Finkel's version and mine has only a few changes.

It's outrageous hahaha, I believe around $100 if not more. Depending on if the cards are used or mint.
