The best budget replacement I can think of would be Disciple of the Ring. Doesn't go exactly infinite, but is definitely a great value engine in a spell heavy theme. Also haven't played this deck in quite awhile but Disciple was always on the maybe board and I think it's under $1.

No it was intentional. Replaced the (h) with a (-) because he should not be ALLOWED to hit the battlefield and in most cases will be stopped. This is even the case when running the deck without the major infinite combos Mikaeus decks are known for. Also was just bored.
I would definitely play Fastbond if it were legal in commander. And for the Strip Mine/Waste Land, I used to run them but took them out for forests because Omnath only cares about green mana. I cant have too many colorless land sources or it messes up the synergy in the deck.
I realized that you have 2 Crucible of Worlds on your deck list. May I suggest Nykthos.
Also if you're not focusing on a budget deck adding Serra's Sanctum would help a lot.
I really like this deck theme. Haven't seen anyone successfully make a tribal god deck before now. My only suggestion is to maybe add Sigil of the Empty Throne to get 4/4 angel tokens every time you cast an enchantment.

I guess I didn't consider it that way. I'm trying to run this combo in my Arcanis EDH and one of the win cons is milling myself with a laboratory maniac on the field. This would make the second method I have to draw my deck, 3 if you count enter the infinite. =] You should take a look at it if you want. Just found a better card to replace elixir in this combo. Try chromatic star. Adds infinite draw to the combo.

Looks like a solid deck. One thing i saw was you have two cards in your deck that are currently banned in edh (Sundering Titan and Primeval Titan).
Sweet, just love the blank deck. I never knew that when i clicked "create new deck" i had front page material. Sometimes I'm amazed at the retarded crap people like.
I'm fairly certain that 15 of those cards were meant to be in the sideboard.
The problem with Sheoldred is that it takes 7 mana to play. You should add some dark rituals to speed up your deck.
If you're going old school you should replace your Tectonic Edge for Strip Mine.
