This deck focuses around early game control through counter magic, and late game draw combos to win. The typical win condition is to self mill with Laboratory Maniac.Arcanis + Mind over Matter = Infinite Draw(there are several other combos)

Niiiiiice. I am currently working towards a more budget friendly EDH deck starring this beast. You got it all right I think. Combo, control, ramp, broken old enchantments
