I like it, but won’t you need to have Doran on the field for its effect to take place and for everything to be attackers?

Hey, thank you for the feedback ^^. Everything can attack except for the defender creatures, which can be bypassed due to war mongers chariot, and wakestone gargoyle. Regardless even with that they will only attack with their attack and not toughness which where you're right Doran has to be on the field. I also have back ups in Assault Formation, and Belligerent Brontodon just in case doran becomes to much to cast since he is the main function point of the deck.

I have a very similar deck, same commander .... same NAME for the deck, even, hahaha. ^_^

I went with very nearly ALL defenders, however (aside from Doran); Defenders tend to balance for more Toughness-per-Mana than other creatures, so ... :) Mind, I tend not to build for one-on-one matches, so sitting back and playing turtle for a while is more my style, anyway.

I included a few curveballs you don't have, which might be worth looking at.

"Angelic Chorus" (3WW) gives you life equal to a creature's toughness when it comes into play - and, all defenders = all good Toughness.

"Castle" (3W) and "Builder's Blessing (3W) both give your untapped creatures +0/+2; "Leyline of Vitality" (2GG) and "Lumithread Field" (1W) both give all your creatures +0/+1; Leyline also gives you 1 life when a creature enters play under your control.

"Skeleton Key" (Artifact, 1, Equip: 2) is a second way to get at least SOME Skulk.

For a Mana Engine, a few creatures can help immenselyin a Defender-heavy deck:

"Axbane Guardians" (2G, Defender 0/3); grants X mana of any colors, where X is the number of Defenders you have in play;
"Overgrown Battlement" (1G, Defender 0/4); grants G mana equal to the number of defenders you have in play.
"Vine Trellis" (1G; Defender, 0/4); tap for G mana.
"Sylvan Caryatid" (1G; Defender, 0.3); tap for 1 mana of any color.

And, some other things that might be useful to consider ...

"Wakestone Gargoyl" (3W; Defender, Flying, 3/4); for 1W, all your creatures with Defender can attack until end of turn.
