And also stick to 20 land, it is aggro so your good at 20.
You need to add Vampire Nocturnus, take out the Hexmages to add him. Also, you need more spells like Duress. Also, drop the Guul Draz, you need to add the Bloodghasts. I know those are both expensive, but you have to have those if you want a winning Vampire deck. Bloodghast is a blocker, he dies he comes back and it keeps going around and around. The deck is good for just fooling around though. I have 4 different Vampire decks under my profile, you could check them out for the cards I mentioned.
IF your local FNM hosts "Big Game", which takes place after FNM is over, this is legal. My local store does and it is every man for himslef and winner gets a booster pack.

Add some planeswaker, i would say Chandra Ablaze and the regular Chandra
Ok, I don't know of you plan on being for fun with this, or go to tournys, but if this is a tourny deck then I would change some stuff around. But for a casual deck it isn't bad. I do not prefer white anymore, I am in love with my vampires.

Nice deck, I have these suggestions, Halo Hunter, Kalitas Bloodchief of Ghet, Mire Blight, nad if you wallet has no end then Ob Nixilis the Fallen.

i think this deck i sto spread out, if theres 2 of something then i don't think you shold run it unless its a highlander deck. Drop the 2's but some stuff to 4.
