I would take out 2 Liege cards and add 2 nonbasic lands. Other than that it seems like a good deck. Maybe add some 2 or 3 drop creatures if you can while keeping a 60 card deck. Nice job though I like me some Nephilim

Don't think theres nearly enough creatures, with all the auras, 9 creatures wouldn't bother anybody if thats what you need to win

get rid of those Evolving Wilds, those vamps like swamps better. Unless ur thinking of making it more than 1 color.

Ok so usually you want to have more creatures than spells and about the same amount of creatures as lands. Assuming it's a creature based deck and you win because of your creatures.

Unless your winning on spells, enchantment, life gain, mill, or some other win condition.

Check out the Dissension set for good W/B cards.

id put in 2 more lands. maybe get rid of the Lens for some mana artifacts.

I hate Infect. I believe it unbalances magic. but why no steady progress in that deck? I would swap out Preordain for steady progress.

Why not Fetid Heath instead of Marsh Flats?

k Just an idea.... maybe u could have 1 of each of the legendary samurai that u already have in there except for the brothers. And fill some of the empty space with non legendary ones. Ur time of need would help u pick and choose what ur looking for. Or maybe not im, not entirely sure how ur deck works but I think it would be cool 2 have it set up that way. Since it would be like each of the legendaries are that actual samurai. Just like my previous shrine idea

O-Naginata would be a good equipment

I would take out 1 Chronozoa and 1 Scute Mob to add 1 more forest and island. But other than that it seems like a strong deck.

One thing your forgetting about having a 4 color Kamigawa deck, is the devastating shrines. You could take out ur enchantments, maybe... and put in one of each of the non blue shrines.

I would get rid of Hero's Demise, wear away, and maybe 1 Time of Need, to make room for kodamas reach. This will help get you ur mana out. I also feel stir the grave is too costly of mana for a bring back. If you want to keep it a KAMIGAWA ONLY deck I would understand. However when it comes to bring backs i would use a dread return or reserection type thing.

I would also make it a straight 60. Help you get those combos coming fast.

I would a few more low drops. Maybe get rid of a bull Cerodon, and also a few Keeper of Progenitus. Don't see him lasting long if hes not wanted.

get rid of puppet strings, freed from the real, and Genesis Chamber for land and other cards. Genesis Chamber is especially not useful in this deck since you have such few creatures. Also decide if you want a more old school white blue black, or more current artifact white blue black deck.
