Get out Thawing Glaciers early to feed Psychic Vortex. Also, getting out Psychosis Crawlers out early is good too.Use Psychic Vortex, Psychosis Crawler, Library of Leng, and Jin-Gixatias to draw a massive amount of cards and deal damage, casting whatever you want, then using Library of Leng to discard to the top of your deck any way you want to, then drawing seven cards using Jin-Gitaxias., so you are never out of a hand. You can also use Venser's Journal to gain a huge amount of life after drawing a massive amount of cards, and having a Psychic Corrosion out will release insane mill on your opponents. However, once it reaches the point where you cannot safely draw more cards, simply discard your hand to your graveyard EXCEPT for a Psychic Spiral, which you put on top of your library. Now draw seven, and (hopefully) you're still alive and did your calculating correctly. You should have just enough lands to cast that Psychic Spiral right before your upkeep. Once you untap, cast Psychic Spiral to shuffle your graveyard into your library, and mill an opponent one card for each card you shuffle into you library this way. During your upkeep, however, you may want to sacrifice Psychic Vortex, as it may require you to draw your entire library (and maybe some as well).Your opponent(s) should be long dead by now from the mill and/or damage, but if any are not, feel free to repeat this process as many times as you want (the first repeat should shuffle the first Psychic Spiral into your library).

Wouldn't Psychosis Crawler be sent to the graveyard as a state based action after the end of turn effect from Psychic Vortex resolves? You would have 0 cards in hand thus his toughness would be 0, even if you draw 7 cards with Jin-Gixatias the crawler would still have been sent to the graveyard

Did not consider that... but I am sure that I can come up with an easy fix.Ensoul Artifact should keep Psychosis Crawler alive, but it will remain a 5/5 even after drawing your entire deck.
as far as a fix anything that gives at least 1 toughness will keep him alive Helm of the Gods is cheap and would work here
