As fun as MBC is, I've found the lack of artifact / enchantment removal to be a problem.

Agree. Added nevinyrrals for greater permanent control. Creature heavy meta, and designed for black on black. Playing 6 mono colored games with league, so trying to design a black deck to take on 7 other black decks. Likely facing zombies and discard. Thank you for the comment. Very helpful!
