i dont think she is worth it. there are bigger things to play like hornet queen for ex, and your hornet tokens have deathtouch, i think this is much better than preventing combat damage.

also you can compare dragonlord dromoka vs emmara... i guess you'd say dromoka is better

So i looked a bit closer at your list, here are my suggestions:

Maindeck doubling season 1-2 <- this card seems awsm!!
+4 sylcan caryatid
+ 2 sunblade elf
+1 raise the alarm
+4 giant growth

Things to cut:

Shape the sands
Titanic growth
Press the advantage
Elgaud inquisitor
Dromoka captain <- i dont know.. This card seem soo bad to me

Also secure the wastes from your previous deck would fit perfectly here.

Edit: Sylvan caryatid does the job.
You could even ramp into some more big creatures like arbor colossus

Uh that looks sweet!
Great choice on hornet queen and doomed traveler!
I like the green white (selesnya) colors, think this is going to be big!
Check if there are any mana elves to help you get hornet queen and captain of the watch out faster.
Birdsbof paradise would be an option but those are expensive.

its not a must to go for the full playset of chief of the scale, it gives bigger asses but we want more damage and we want it fast.

btw... ojutais exemplars and student of ojutai seems like a nice match! keep them in mind if you think about a sort of blue white control deck someday with lots of spells like carddraw and counterspells ;-)

Way better now! i like foul-tonque shriek a lot!
I think the core of the deck are the top 3 creatures in your deck, you should have 4 of them.
Also try to get a little more removal, if not something like ultimate price, then go for more pacifism (3-4) but real removal helps you with the mardu woe reaper effect. Harsh Sustenance is okay but not very consistent.
Diplomacy of wastes is cool and i like this sweet warrior effect, but i think duress is easier to cast and does everything you need (removing opponents kill spells).

you can try something like:
2 Duress and 1 Diplomacy (for discarding)
3 pacifism, 1 harsh sustenance, 1death wind (for removal)

cards i think you could cut:
butchers glee
sunscorch regent
hidden dragonslayer

since this is an aggro deck, try to cut the manacurve at lets say 4 or 5 and focus on cheaper spells to achieve more early pressure

here are some suggestions:

removal to get rid of annoying blockers:

+2 pacifism
+2 coat of venom (nice "pseudo-removal" or combat trick at instant speed)

better removal you may not have yet:

bile blight
ultimate price
valorous stance
maybe utter end
those are cheap, versatile and instant speed

and here are some warriors that would really really kick this deck forward:

+2-4 secure the wastes
+4 chiefe of the edge
+2-3 chief of the scale
+4 battle brawler

those 2 finisher u have are really nice: ojutai exemplars and sunscorch regent, but the should be at the very top end of the curve and in general you should be able to win without them

i love tribal decks and a specific theme so +1 for your deck!

22 lands may be a little low. Take a look at my angels deck, you may find some inspiration.
Ghostly prison works fine, also massremoval like wrath of god is something you can think about. Angels need time to come in play.
