So, you warming up to play that "free" burn snow spell ?What do you think of the dual snow lands ?They may come tapped into play, but I think buying them up early may be a nice investment. One day there will be enough snow based material to make them valuable.Will you exchange stormbreath dragon with the treasure dragon and add the legendary dwarf ?(Turn 3 4/4 dragon seems nice)

They may be slow and I don't think there is any good reason to splash into other colors rn until either the snow mana base gets better or there is inherently a much better snow card that is pushed to see play. Stormbreath Dragon is a better finisher overall and applies more pressure that needs to be answered fast. Both are cute but not really fit for this style of deck.
Pia and kiran could use the treasure tokens to burn with, so there is some synergy present.Finding some servo generating dwarves would add to that aspect.
Pia and Kiran's second ability is just butter on the bread. The Hoarding Dragon doesn't apply enough pressure on its own merit and relies more on other factors to enable its ability to work more efficiently. You could build a different shell around that dragon and dwarves instead to be more aggro based.
