I'm mostly looking for cards under $15, except if they are an absolute necessity in the deck.
Play ramp to get out Chulane as early as possible, but hold off from playing non-ramp one drop creatures until you get out Chulane. Once you get out Chulane, try to get some card fixing to draw lands and creatures, such as: Abundance, Cream of the Crop, Teferi's Ageless Insight, Zendikar Resurgent, Nissa, Huatli, or Sensei's Top. Once you have a ton of mana and cards, you can play something that will win the game, like: Finale of Devestation, Primal Surge, Genesis Wave, an eldrazi titan, Roil Elemental, Avacyn, or Omniscience. Everything else in the deck is ramp, or helps secure the board.
