It won't really let you change anything, I would recommend a Crystal Ball so you can control your top deck better. You have to pay for it, but it will give you the option to move stuff around.

I like it, but it seems like lens of clarity is a little out of place. Is there a synergy I'm not seeing?

Dragon Tempest is a good alternative to impact tremors
Some quicksilver amulets could help speed things up as well. Call to the Kindred is another good option to cheat some dragons out. as well as Descendants' Path

turns out it worked really well. Or I got really lucky, I milled a little for a few turns then got consuming aberration out there. I won 3 turns later.
by the time Consuming aberration hit the field I had milled a good chunk of their removal.

thanks for mentioning that. I used mountains as a placeholder so I don't go over and have to cut 38 cards. then I replace them cause they stick out. I just never replaced them.
