A good ol' damage-oriented deck based on the beauties of Dragonstorm and a couple of totally broken dragons such as Bogardan Hellkite and Kokusho, combined with a good suite of ways to play costly spells early (Seething Song and Dark Ritual) and ways to play spells for free (Wildire Eternal and Spinerock Knoll), flavored with cheap spells such as Lightning Bold, Thunerbolt and the all-time killer Fireblast.
There are several ways to play this deck and it's actually up to the situation. I've tried it against a varied set of decks such as very aggro-oriented creature decks, hand-burn ones, mill, extort, counter and prison decks among many others. The key to master this deck is to adapt to the situation you are in. - First things first: You don't want to pay for Dragonstorm. You want to cast it for free so it's a good idea to try and use your Spinerock Knolls to see if you can draw a Dragonstorm and put it under it. A couple of Lightning Bolt and maybe a Thunderbolt might give you a turn 5-6 Dragonstorm for free, and with 4 copies you can kill anyone by summoning your dragons. - If you already have Dragonstorm in your hand, be wise and use Wildire Eternal's amazing attack ability (Afflict 4 and if not blocked, you cast instant or sorceries for FREE!), you might want to clear the field with Lightning Bolt, Pyroclasm or even Slagstorm (last two are good against hordes of cheap enemies or hexproof nuisances). - Want a sudden turn of events? Turn 2 with 1 black and 1 red mana gives you a chance to cast Dark Ritual and Seething Song for a bumping 8 mana and a very early-game Kokusho, Bogardan Hellkite or an impressive Diabolic Tutor searching for any card in the deck plus, say, Wildfire Eternal. - Don't have the cards you need? Diabolic Tutor your way and get things done. - Ran out of mana but haven't finished off your foes? Um... how about you sacrifice those 2 tapped mountains for a very cheap Fireblast? Good! - DO NOT start a duel with only mana and costly dragons on hand. Best thing you can do is keep the dragons in your library so Dragonstorm can help you find them and put them directly into play. Consider yourself warned!SIDEBOARDThe base cards are great for starters but if the situation calls for them you might need to switch thunderbolt for Pyroclasm or Slagstorm, and maybe take out a kokusho in favor of an Obliterate if things get bad for you and the opponent is either countering a lot or has you cornered and about to die. Volcanic Fallout is great if the opponent has counterspells but not as powerful in raw damage as Lightning Bolt and Thunderbolt, so use them with caution.
