This decks major theme revolves around converting life gain into damage to your opponents. Blood Tribute and Revival/Revenge will combo with this converters as a combo kill.
Early game:Stall with life gain and removal spells. Ive tested against standard modern mono-red burn. You can typically stabilize by playing two life gains spells in the first 3 turns. Getting "rest for the wearing" makes the game easy. You have sufficient removal in the event of a leyline of punishment. Mid Game:Board Wipe and/or play your life gain converterEnd Game:Play a big life game spell or Cast your bigger CMC creatures
