Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Its a lot of evolve with counters or supposed to be deck. Have yet to test it. This is simply something I put together thinking it might work. Give your thoughts if you wish thank you. The commander is meant to more or less proliferate those counters or from my understanding just not all at once just one at a time.

I like how you combined it with Kiora, and I think hydra’s belong in this deck

Any Hydra in particular you thinking of or just like a protean hydra?
I was just thinkingthat hhdda’s get a lot of counters, none in particular
I just mainly did the merfolk and evolve combos in this build for this counter deck might add a inexorable tide at some point and some more mana ramp not sure about the hydra's though. I like Vivien's -8 ability but with the amount of creatures in this deck idk how i feel about putting those on the bottom.
