Well let's see. -2 clone,-4 bojuka,-3 doom blade,-join the ranks in my opinion. Add +4Kazandu blademaster,this card is insane,+4 ondu cleric,+3ghostway. Drop all the black allies,keep only bala ged thief and add some counter. Allies are always nice to experiment!

-4 cosi's ravager,+khalni heart expedition,+4 harrow for sure! In Valakut ramp you have to make sure a turn 3 primeval titan.Consider Overgrown battlement,Viridian emissary,elvish pioneer(not standard).Searing blaze is a good,through playtesting,card
Consider Sedrix,the Traitor king.His unearth ability is brutal

Interesting idea but you could have made this deck more powerful if you'd add some more sac.You may want to consider innocent blood or other sac spells.You may want to depend to sth else than gravepact.Good choice of Avatar and Bonehoard though.Keep it up
