the only real thing I would be concerned about with this is drawpower, there doesn't seem to be any really and that could be a real problem for a blue deck with suck a low mana curve.

I didn't think you could do land destruction without red, but this looks pretty solid.
I really like this idea, and I've always loved blood artist. I would say the deck needs more draw power or else you'll run into the serious threat of running out of steam once you empty your hand. I suggest sign in bloods or something similar because you're not worried about the life loss. Bump in the night could be a good replacement for the incinerates, as it would help drain your opponent's life which seems to be a theme here. Sanguine bond could be fun.
You might want to invest in stromkirk nobles, at least to replace the typhoid rats. I would at least get the rakdos guildgates, if not some of the rare dual lands, and i would say at least sideboard pillar of flame for gravecrawlers and the like. And I'd say replace the augur sprees with some direct damage to help get out cryptborn horrors and rakdos.
i like sleep, but sorcery speed kinda ruins it for me. I like the whole element of surprise.
I like downpour, it's only 2 mana and i haven't really had to hit more than 3 creatures in my experience.
Those are both hardcore, but I'm working with standard here.
Really just using the stalkers to get in some damage early game. And yeah I'm thinking about angelic benediction
Going for standard here.
Looks really good, especially the morbid. I'm not sure if the nighthawk fits too well though.
yeah. like little, cheap creatures.
