Get Prospector and Fecundity out ASAP, then war marshalls/empty the warrens for the tokens, start saccing the tokens to draw cards from Fecundity, keep going until you got enough storm count or goblins to just blow your opponent out.

This is close, but I think it doesn't quite work. It's a little too split between it's strategies to compete. I think you could cut the rituals and grapeshot for more goblins and then still have an effective deck with empty and haze.
