This next card may not be a Spirit, but it works amazing with them, Angel Of Flight Alabaster.

Well, you could look into the Core Sets for standard vampires as they tend to have a good number, and it doesn't have to be entirely vampires. Because I know alot of vampires involve sacrificing creatures, humans in particular. So you could have a majority of Black Vampires, with white having humans for fodder, perhaps humans that have something happen once they die.
From what I'm seeing, you almost seem to have just stuffed everything good into your deck, you've got 7 planeswalkers, a number of legendary creatures which don't fit in entirely. If anything, I would separate your deck and focus on one idea, such as maybe a Black/White Vampire Life deck, you have the vampires, you have Ghost Council for an example. Hell, you could even make a Populate deck if you have Trostani and Garruks.
How about remove one of the Tajics in your sideboard, and have an Odric in it's place? They are both four drops so it shouldn't effect you much, and you could play both.
Why not add in Odric, Master Tactician? Would go perfectly with the Battalion mechanic.
If you want, you can toss in some white and put in Angel Of Flight Alabasters and Drogskol Captains?
That is true, but adding in Somberwald Sage will give intense amount of mana, one tap for 3 of any single color is amazing, and helps on getting those expensive dragons out.
Well, a good dragon would be Bladewing The Risen, helps pump up all your other dragons. And, if you want to, you can add in a little green to have access to some of the Jund Dragons, like Hellkite Overlord and Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund. You can also add Dragon's Herald to speed up the process of getting the Overlord. And since you'll have green, you can put in creatures like Somberwald Sage for quick mana for bigger dragons. It'll also let you put in the other Sarkhan.
Agree with this. ^
Since your going with Dragons as the main creature type, why not add in Crucible Of Fire?
Ah, well, if you do remove the Pit-Dweller he is good to have around, also I found Mirri The Cursed, simply a vampire that's tough to say the least.
Two Vampires that could work with this very well are Anowon, the Ruin Sage, and also Ascendant Evincar.

Something you should really have in this is Doubling Season, it'll double up the speed of counters on the Fungus, and at that double up the number of saprolings you will be making.
Ah, well, just incase you can't find anything else, she's still useful.
Somberwald Then. Taps for 3 mana of any color for creatures.
Why not add 4 Black Lotuses for shits and giggles? xDBut in all honesty, a good mana giving card is Somberwald Sage.
It's always good to have alternative win conditions. Example, someone destroys all your Azorius Gates. You still have access to all the mana to use a Door Of Nothingness. Also, mind checking out my Madness deck? I'm going to make it this weekend actually.
Also, instead of any basic lands. Have 4 amulets, and 2 of each gates, minimum.
You won't need Into The Wilds with the Mul Daya around. And honestly the Avenger doesn't do much when it comes to the Maze's End situation. You could drop 2 Divinations if you want.
