Flash a hulk, get karmic guide and carrion feeder to get hulk back, sac it to get a kiki-jiki, create a copy of karmic guide and in response to the trigger, sac kiki-jiki to get it back, do this infinite times, get infinity/infinity Carrion feeder and infinite karmic guides, then you use kiki-jiki to make a copy of karmic guide to get back hulk, sac it to carrion feeder, get a heart-piercer manticore and throw your carrion feeder at them on their upkeep. Summoner's pact to get Hulk, or if you really need to, Elvish spirit guide. Pact of negation to protect the combo.

As hulk pulls from the deck you dont' need to run 4 copies of the combo pieces (besides hulk as you want him fast), which frees you up for some more combo-grabbing cards
