thanks a lot for your suggestions, however I was trying to build a cheap deck around the cards I already own. The last idea was to remove the two Nomad's Assembly and add change the land allocation as follows; 18 Plains + 4 Evolving Wilds. What do you think about it?

thank you very much for your feedback. I will give it a try and I will let you know how it went. I kept in mind the Spreading Sea since it allows me to draw a card other than transforming a land in an island. For sure I have to make a few attempts and refinements and from this point of view your advice is very helpful, since it gives me a lot of suggestions to think about.
