May I ask how this plays? I love it, and it looks fun to play but is it competitive? +1 anyway sweet design,

I haven't built it in person yet, I'm currently working on an Abzan Token deck for standard, so I probably won't get a chance to build this for a while. But one of my friends at my lgs was playing a mono-blue mill deck, so it made me think about possible options that could work for a standard mill, and this is what I came up with.
Ah I may have to give it a try at my next fnm see how it goes.
