Coretapper! now that I look back at that card, its a lot more useful that I had thought! (went back and re-read it...) Speeding Reactor would be nicer and make its use a lot more dangerous...a possible seven turn game over with the second boost of Energy Chamber. As for the consistency, I do agree it seems a bit here and there and not just, there. I shall consider doing a couple revisions as an earlier game has provoked the thought and your words has led me to feel that i do need to make the less useful disappear.
