just some random spares i smacked together i know it needs more cards or even different ones i just need help as i am relatively new to making decks and just need some help from the community to get started so comments are appreciated.

Your going to want 4 Lingering Souls. It's just too good to pass up. On top of that you should probably just drop the Niblis creatures. I've tried them and they just aren't practical. Consider replacing them with Midnight Haunting or Spectral Procession. Also, if you have enough creatures, Moorland Haunt is a pretty much must. Promise of Bunrei is another card you may want to look into, four flying tokens for three isn't a bad trade off. If you find you have enough tokens to pull it off then try out Triplicate Spirits but meh.
Sorry for pretty much changing the entire tactic though lol

Oh yeah, I stated it on another deck but it works here too. Try using a couple double colored lands for white and black, such as Orzhov Guildgate, just so you can flashback Lingering Souls. It shouldn't hurt your mana base too much but will give you more creatures more often than you would think.
