Build around Revel in Riches.
The goal of the deck is to create 0 power tokens to fill your opponents board, have a Revel in Riches on the board, and wipe em to activate the alternative win-con of Revel in Riches.Dowsing Dagger can be flickered with Teferi's Time Twist or can be returned to hand with Rescue. This allows additional ETB triggers for the same permanent. This accelerates the plan by adding more bodies for the treasure count when it matters.This is pretty much the same for Clackbridge Troll, though the troll can actually be a threat. Flicker it to create three more bodies on the opponent's side.Since the wipes hit pretty universally, I added a few creatures that create treasure as they die. Ruthless Knave is an engine to create more treasure when things stall out. Typically should be used to sac one of the treasure generators for a total of three treasures.

I would rather concentrate on producing my own treasure tokens than relying on my opponent to play along, because that normally backfires. And no matter what, I would use a fourth copy of Revel in Riches because it's not legendary, your opponent will try to get rid of it once he see's your plan and, if he can't, you can use it multiple times on the board. What about Pitiless Plunderer in combination with your sacrifice-creatures and Ruthless Knave? Deadeye Plunderers, Prying Blade?
