Use Jhoira to suspend out fat creatures that come into play with haste when 4 time counters are removed. Use spells to manipulate time counters and get creatures out faster. Manipulate upkeeps to have more than one and trigger suspend 2 times every turn. Get multiple turns to remove more suspend counters and get creatures out faster while suspending more creatures. Easiest way to win is to suspend out a huge creature and wait until It has one suspend counter left and then wipe the board with Worldfire, Upheaval, or Decree of Annihilation, this makes there be no board state and since your creature is suspended it comes into play on an empty field. Alternate win conditions are Darksteel Reactor and Panoptic Mirror into infinite turns.
