So this was going to be a teaching deck, but didn't quite work out. As it turns out, doing a build-around on a $1 artifact and making the deck both playable, and under $15 is bloody difficult, and I am not up to the task. I'm sure there's a sweet deck in here somewhere- a deck that tries to Storm-off every turn and never goes all the way, but never runs out of cards badly enough to just be dead either, until they durdle around and cast enough spells that Aetherflux Reservoir just Death Star's someone for 50, but I'm not sure if it can be made under-budget, because that deck really does require some quality cantrips, and might want to be playing some Ritual effects in red, but they're all too expensive.This list isn't polished enough for me to call it a proper teaching deck, but the idea is there, and I think it's a good one, to make a sweet combo deck that new players will have a blast trying to wrap their heads around.Maybe someone else will crack it at some point, maybe the answer is just to raise the budget, maybe it'll be do-able once Reservoir rotates from standard and drops in price, I dunno.
