Get Otherworld Atlas out, and preferably Unwinding Clock too. Clutch of the Undercity and Dimir House Guard basically exist for their transmute ability, and can grab you the main cards you'll need.Ravenous Trap to keep your opponent from getting their graveyard back into play, and Reminisce/Thran Foundry to keep you/your teammate from milling to death. Laboratory Maniac makes for a fun alternate win condition if you can get him and keep him alive just long enough.If you're playing 2 Headed Giant and happen to draw Reliquary Tower, why not transmute for Shifting Borders and give the tower to your teammate? Spectral Searchlights that untap every turn with Unwinding Clock will also make you a rad-as-hell friend to have.

I think elixir of immortality will help more than thran foundry, and why not use howling mine and/or font of mythos?

I like the elixir too, but Thran Foundry is better for 2HG. I might end up getting some elixirs and sideboarding the Foundry, not a bad idea.I considered Howling Mine and Font of Mythos but they're a bit too pricey; this is a budget deck.
