How to Play

Hungering Hydra and Phytohydra enchanted with Pariah is the main focus everything else is just incase you can't get that combo out. Plenty of ways to win with this deck. Its slow though I usually only play in a group or if I know that the other deck I am playing is very slow as well.

Deck discussion for Green White Hydras

I like the idea of hydra tribal! There are plenty of great hydras. The only thing is that you are running 4 of the legendary one...I might drop that to 3 and increase some of the non-legendary ones that are the keys to this deck up to a full playset. Also, running something to prevent from boardwipe...like heroic intervention works wonders in green decks. Instead of wood elves, play arbor elf. Easier to play and it's ability to untap a forest is awesome. I noticed that you have a lot of lands that enter tapped...might slow the deck down.

Thanks, I was playing some arbor elves before i put this deck up on here. The only plus side that i like in terms of the wood elves over the arbor is that since the wood gives me a land that can in turn boost the p/t of the Ulvenward Hydra where just untapping a forest wont do that. I'm still very much tinkering with this deck so I'm not against trying different things. Thats just my thought over the wood elves to arbor elves.

Also on the lands that come in tapped would you suggest just switching the duals to basic lands and working on the mana curve that way?

That would be my guess...unless you have the money for the dual lands that you have to
Pay 2 life to not enter the battlefield tapped

Personally I would drop Hydra Omnivore and Whiptongue Hydra to make the deck modern-legal. You someday might want to take the deck to a local tournament and can't use it there, because of those 2 cards.
I would also try to remove some of your cards, to get the deck down to 60-64 cards.
I would definitely add some spells to protect your Phytohydra + Pariah combination, else s simple Doom Blade, Unsummon or Oblivion Ring will put an end to your creature.
As for the ramp: Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl can generate you 4 mana T2.
Some additional suggestion:
Managorger Hydra, Primordial Hydra, Khalni Hydra, Aspect of Hydra, Harrow

Thanks for the suggestions... I doubt I ever take it to a tourney I'm mainly a kitchen table player and have no aspirations for tourneys so I'm not to worried about the Modern or Standard Legal. I will look into your suggestions though. :)

Also I mainly play this deck in group duals so I like Hydra Omnivore's ability lol

I went ahead and made it modern legal bc im curious if it would make it better just removing some of those cards

Another card that just came to my mind would be Fierce Empath. This would allow you tu play your 6-mana creatures as 1-offs, as it would enable you to search for it. Another option would be Mwonvuli Beast Tracker
