blue black red have always been some of my favs so give me some advise its my first 3 colored deck... and took 4 ever to buy all them so give me some help.

Hi TribalH3adHunt3r, You asked me to look at your deck. Wow, lot of 1 of's in the deck. At first I thought I was looking at a EDH deck till I scrolled down. Why so many 1 of's, fear of Surgical Extraction? ;-)) First off you have 12 cards that are 5 mana or higher this is not good unless you have some way to put them into play cheaply, you don't, so first off I'd work hard to include more mana efficient cards. Here is a short list of what I consider the best low mana cost Legacy cards in black, blue, and red. Black Thoughtseize, Surgical Extraction, Go for the Throat, Doom Blade, Innocent Blood, Smallpox, Dark Confidant, Entomb, Reanimate, Dark Ritual, Dismember Blue Force of Will, Brainstorm, Ponder, Gitaxian Probe, Spell Pierce, Spell Snare, Mana Leak, Snapcaster Mage, Jace, the Mind Sculpter, Phyrexian Metamorph Red Lightning Bolt Red Black Terminate Blue Black Countersquall Using the above cards and your land base here's what I come up with 22 Spells 4 Thoughtsieze 4 Surgical Extraction 4 Spell Pierce 2 Brainstorm 2 Gitaxian Probe (or 2 Dismember) 3 Terminate 3 Countersquall 18 Creatures 4 Dark Confidant 4 Snapcaster Mage 4 Avatar of Discord 2 Jace the Mind Sculpter 2 Phyrexian Metamorph 2 Bloodgift Demon Note: How Avatar of Discord sort of helps Snapcaster Mage and Jace the Mind Sculpter and Dark Confidant may help against the disadvantage of Bloodgift Demon. its a good concept but i agree u need to focus the deck more bud. deff more copies of ur better cards should be added and ur mana curve should be watched carfully. 10 cards at 6 mana or more???????? not a good idea there. sorry for sounding mean but honestly i dont see this deck being 45-2. either ur lucky or the ppl u play aint that good. again sorry just being honest. on a different note, can u let me in on how u want the deck set up??? u want a miller or life drainer, or maybe just a straight control style????????
