Your land base seems a little low but I've not been playing commander for longenough to really tell if a deck with this much draw power needs it.

So once you take control of creature it loses the debuff from Cumber Stone. Would you still retain control of the creature even if its power went above the number set by Beguiler of Wills or Vedalkan Shackles?
If your goal is to mill an opponent by drawing cards, Then you should have a playset of Jace's Erasure to get it going as soon as possible.
Since you're not using any artifacts in mainboard, I'd recommend replacing Unlicensed Disintegration with Terminate.
