Spark Elemental maybe for early speed?I love Ball Elemental...and actually own 4 of them!I hate playing Modern or Standard red because you can't use Fireblast. That card is in my Top 5 cards list. Mind checking this one out?
Soul's Fire is another 'Fling' you could use, though Soul's Fire doesnât require you to sacrifice the creature, so you could attack, Soul's Fire, then Fling :p
Maybe Brute Force instead Fling?
Flamekin harbinger is good. harbinger into chaser, attack, sac chaser to fling or it gets blocked andyou trample for a lot, harbinger drops back into play, find another chaser. repeat.

I think Hellspark Elemental would fit the thyme of the deck much better then Vexing Devil.
