In this EDH deck there are... maybe two possible victory conditions, both depend on stealing good cards from an opponent. The idea here is that every single affect effects every player. This deck would not stand up to a 1-on-1 match, but with 3 others it will hopefully meld into the background, producing no serious threats and lots of universally beneficial effects. It's not a good deck, it's a fun deck. Cards are included to create complicated and silly effects while maxing and relaxing behind enemy lines.
