if you mostly play against control id suggest running a fast deck like goblins or elves control vs control is slow and boring
in this deck id suggest adding true name nemesis he might be the best merfolk ever made

with the equips auriok steelshaper might be very good

voracious dragon is awesome I havnt seen that before im buying it now lol

drop timetwister and eureka to atleast make the deck cheaper

$1000 for an edh that doesn't win? lol I made a group hug deck recently but I use nekusar with him you have a shot at winning

ive thought about using narset but im more of an agro kind of player and she just doesn't fit my style for her to be effective you run a deck that's got only around 20 creatures and is loaded with instants, sorcerys, enchantments, artifacts narset is kind of the jeskai version of jeleva

if you run narset u want a load of expensive game changing spells
extra turn spells rock
omniscience has to be included just to make sure you can play the spells that narset doesn't get
you want tutors enlightened tutor, mystical tutor, ring of three wishes,

painful quandary would be quite nasty with kaervek I like it you should add some tutors

add some stuff to protect your commander like lightning greaves, swiftfoot boots, whispersilk cloak otherwise someone will take your commander and use it against you

add whip of erebos if you have whip in play and obzedat dies you let him go to graveyard and whip him back then he goes back into his own exile cycle

maybe add a few x cost hydras? hydra broodmaster could be brutal

lifelink is awesome but I don't think this deck does it justice you need to add white drop the disk for day of judgement add sun bond and 2 obzedat and 1 whip of erebos if you can fit it

you still need to cut your creature count down if you want it to be a full reanimate deck and it should be mono black because you will use black spells to play giant creatures by turn 3 this is my reanimator deck

it can put an emrakul in on turn 1

way to many creatures for a reanimate deck and you hardly have any reanimate in here add 4 exhume 2-3 buried alive 4 putrid imp to discard fatties that you draw and few dread return if you want to add more $ id add 2 more entomb and I like to reanimate iona, shield of emeria it can end games. also 4 goryo's vengeance and 2 emrakul are very fun

that's only if you have all 3 cards in play in edh 3 card combos are tough to get doubling season is just a real good back up plan

in a green deck elvish piper is probably better then the amulet

doubling season will double the loyalty your planeswalkers enter the field with so you can use there max abilities right away
