I have posted this thought a few times, but maybe use Noble Hierarch over Avacyn's Pilgrim? 1 less power, but is Exalted and taps for forest, plains, or island.

Nice deck! I have been looking at a lot of green/white human decks, and I haven't seen anyone use Noble Hierarch over Avacyn's Pilgrim. 1 less power, but exalted and tap for either plains, forest, or island I think may be a better fit.
