Requiem Angel is a little costly mana-wise, but it gives all your humans, soldiers, and birds a second chance as spirits.

How could you forget Gisela? She is a game-ender. The only thing that can really deal with her are Damnation, Wrath of God, Day of Judgement, or Supreme Verdict. If your opponents' don't have that, they're sunk.
FIrst, Rootborn Defenses instead of Boros Charm. Second, splashing green for only a cat wizard and GaddockTeeg seems kind of pointless- Gaddock stops you from playing Coat of Arms, and Qasali Pridemage can be replaced with Terashi's Grasp if you're looking to deal with artifacts or enchantments. Splashing green costs so much more when you're using special lands such as Cavern of Souls and Temple Garden.So, in short, if you're looking to protect your creatures from Wrath, use Rootborn Defenses. Second, neg Gaddock, Qasali, Ancient Ziggurat, Cavern of Souls, and Temple Garden. Add Riders of Gavony and enough plains to boot your land back up to 20

Love slivers. However, you have some holes in your plan. Number 1, you have a ton of duplicates in your sideboard. Number 2, who is your commander? Number 3, you have too many cards -- you should have 99 plus one commander (mine's Sliver Legion). Number 3, you need more land. Ancient Ziggurat is good, as is Rupture Spire, Transguild Promenade, Reflecting Pool, the Alara taplands for variety, and Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse. Here's my Sliver EDH. Consider Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. Urborg will turn your Coffers into swamps.
Not enough land; 23 is a pretty good watermark; lower-mana cost decks can have down to about 20.
Not enough Sacrifice. You should replace Murders with Bone Splinters.
