Black and White have some of the best removal in common. Doom Blade, Journey to Nowhere, Unmake are some of my favorites. Nightsky Mimic can be game-ending. Mimic into Edge of the Divinity makes a 7/7 flying. Mimic into Gift of Orzhova makes a 5/5 flying lifelink. Castigate is a high-costed Thoughtseize. Nip Gwyllion and Mourning Thrull are in here mostly to pump Mimc, but they can also pick up an Edge of Divinity and Deal some serious damage.The sideboard has pretty standard stuff. Choking Sands deals with Tron and any non-Swamp lands, Duress is great against control, Shrivel can take down Elves and tokens, and Disenchant is, naturally, for all those pesky artifacts and enchantments. Inquisitor's Snare can take down Kiln Fiend, Nivix Cyclops, and Gurmag Angler, but I'm debating if I want Celestial Flare instead. The final Bojuka Bog is just to pressure graveyards more if I need to.
This is a great deck to pick up to start Pauper. It has powerful removal and unexpected threats. It's very customizable and has a fun, natural, interactive playstyle. It's also nice and cheap.

+1Ethereal Armor could be an option if you want to get more aggressive while Hyena Umbra could be at least an sideboard option in case you run into another removal-heavy deck. GreetingsMuktol
