2 New cards from Journey to Nyx would be a must in here. Hero's Bane and Solidarity of Heroes. Hydra Broodmother might also work!

Puschkin, While I can appreciate some of what you say, several of your complaints can be looked at and must be acknowledged with one thought in mind. When cards are created (at least so it is my understanding) they are created with an eye to the current block and overall power and such. So to compare a cards upkeep or power from, say the RTR or Theros block, to cards from Vintage, is quite literally comparing apples to oranges. The game has CHANGED! It has EVOLVED! There are play formats that have this fact in mind. Don't like the power differential from the Vintage to Current? Then play Standard or Modern, and incorporate this as part of you "casual" rules. Like this dynamic? Then vintage is for you!That's the best thing about casual - is it's like making your own house rules, and just running with it! Frankly I love playing casually, way more than I do tournaments, and our group only observes the bare basics of cards selection or format rules -unless we specifically decide to play a standard or EDH game - then it's fun times ahead!Also, just as aside, one of least favourite rule changes was when Mana Burn was removed from the game - it simply makes somethings way more easily and cheaply done!Just my thoughts!
Yup... this is crazy to admit, but I started collecting in early '94, and have since sold, and restarted my collection 3 separate times. Northern, I enjoy your decks primarily because while I may be a veteran - I've never considered myself anything more than a casual player; your decks have actually taught me some building strategies that I hadn't thought of... also, I've also used them to help newbies learn - so I say again - Keep Up the Good Work! and congratulations again!
Northern, I've been playing Magic for 20 years, yes, I said 20 years.. .back in the days of Legends and Antiquities, and I am a staunch believer in what you do here. Introducing new players through your budget decks, or creating new and exciting uses of old cards, or just new awesome decks, I can't recall I deck I've seen of yours that I didn't like! Please, keep up the great work!

would growing ranks or parrelel lives be worth it for you? your counting on tokens, and those would ramp your token generation quickly!

Would coat of arms make this too expensive? It's a natural fit for a tribal style deck, at least I think it is!

I was under the impression that unless a card said - "land - mountain" or such, then cards like this wouldn't work.... I know some of the non-basic lands have - "land - mountain swamp" or such.... If I'm wrong on my rules, I apologize....
Why Farseek? You have no basic lands to use this card on?
I agree with scotty - I hate poison in my sliver deck....
Forgive me if I'm missing something, but this seems to be counter productive. I get you get all that mana from all those artifacts, but, how likely is you get the one mana you need to start this thing off? Please advise me if I'm missing something! Otherwise looks cool!
