My take on Lord Windgrace / Lands Matter EDH. Sideboard is just stuff to swap in-and-out if you want more interaction / answers. I feel this is a pretty good place to start as a resource if you're interested in playing this commander. This deck definitely isn't casual, but isn't the highest of competitive either. I'd say it falls under a 7 or 8 on the 1-10 scale; it's tuned and focused for sure, but I don't think it's top tier or anything. You definitely could make it slightly better by including some of the cards listed in the sideboard.
If you're unfamiliar with Lord Windgrace, all you want to do is net advantage from lands. You'll get extra land drops a turn, even using the graveyard as a resource. You have big combo plays using Splendid Reclamation with any landfall triggers. My version of the deck has a couple tech choices; common tech choices, but tech choices nonetheless:~ Purphoros / Warstorm Surge - With Splendid Reclamation landfall token generation, these become a wincon.~ Anger / Hammer of Purphoros - Helps with Splendid Reclamation plays giving all tokens haste and hammer doubles as a land sac outlet.~ Doubling Season / Parallel Lives - The deck is heavily token based. A bit more on the "win more" side; cut them if you'd like, the deck doesn't suffer much without them.
