Deck Description

Basic reanimate build with what I thought were good targets. I also built it around a bunch of looting effects instead of tutors. Obviously loses to "remove card(s) from grave" effects. Even so, any finisher in the deck is hard to deal with turns 1-3 and even if it does receive an answer, you've gotten some card advantage by then.

How to Play

Keep drawing and discarding whatever (finisher or land) and just reanimate away to win the game. Reanimate targets are for whatever you need in the situation:
-Jin/Gristlebrand for draw power
-Adephage for trample
-Reya/Sheoldred for recursion
-Iona for stun

Deck discussion for Dimir Reanimator

4 Reanimates are too many. Playing 3 will probably cost you more than 20 lifepoints already...
Maybe add a Putrid Imp or 2. You have a creature to block with and also an opportunity of discarding your creatures.

playing 4 makes it so that you'll draw one, gristlebrand makes you gain life and I'm not going to play all four in a game, I only need to resolve one or two.
