Also what do the scots have to do with anything?

Posted 30 July 2020 at 17:39

Wow, eh...
1: I'm old
2: I'm on it :) a little late though.
3: it's cheaper to always run the same mana base. Scottsmen are cheap. Something like that.

Why did that take you so long, and even if you're old I like king crimson and BOC better

I must have missed the notification. Probably because of a vacation or a period of internet cool down
I sometimes disconnect if too stressed.

Since I don't pay that much attention to music anymore (and never really have) I just picked whatever first occured to me that might be popular enough for others to get the drift of the message.
I didn't even remember that they were dire straits.

During my youth I used to fall asleep to stuff like thunder dome, techno and trance.

I also had some of those tranquility CDs people use to relax. When I had friends over for drinking nights and we all decided to bunk down, I'd put on a cd with birds, waterfalls and ambient music so we'd all relax into sleep.
I'll never forget the sounds of those birds, the thunderous water and the gentle sound of someone puking into the toilet...

I pay a lot of attention to music, to the point where if you took only the bands I listen too and all the bands my friends listen to combined I have more

I barely listened to the text, but I did memorize the tunes.

Do you mean the lyrics?

Posted 04 January 2021 at 01:31

Yeah, lyrics.
I think I was about 40 before I started to figure out that people felt lyrics were the important aspect of a "song"
I think they underrated the mood of the music ;)

To the people that think lyrics are important: Laughs in daft punk
