We all know that tier 1 decks are expensive. Like, really expensive. But they're so good! Lets try and get the best of both worlds. A great deck under 150 bucks. I know that's a lot, but good luck trying to find ANY tier 1 deck under 100. A great way to get a good deck without breaking your wallet.

would probably add more blue sources, since most of the black cards only need one black and you probably want the blue to cast multiple blue spells in one turn, like counter spells and draw spells.
