Hey! I like your deck, but I have a few recommendations:

First of all, have a look at Lightning Bolt. One red mana instant that does 3 damage to a creature or player. No need for Shocks or Lightning Strikes.

Second, Adjust your mana base. 31 lands is just waay too much. If you want a heaver mana base, just 25 is fine.
